I have babied this thing since the day I bought it... Power windows, locks, mirrors, sunroof and seats. Has A/C that blows cold. Car has remote starter for winter and Keyless entry...No rust on quarters..some minor surface rust on Drivers door...Oil sprayed every year....It is still in mint condition and looking for the right owner to take care of it as I have..The interior is in great condition except for a little rip in the driver's door armrest. The carpets are clean as well as the wrest of the car. It has been a non smoking car. As for mechanically it runs very great...Oil change every 3 months...I bought this car with 211,00 kms on it in 2007 so I have only put 50,00 kms on it in 4 years....Work is only a 10 minute drive daily...I have kept the records for the parts replaced and were all done by a Honda Technician....Timing belt and water pump done at 219,000km, New Gas Tank fall 2010.. Replaced Brake and fuel lines front to rear from Honda 6 months after I got it. Master Brake cylinder replaced. Tune up done last year..The Front Upper and lower ball joints on both sides were replaced...Front RH wheel bearing Jan 2011...Front RH outer tie rod Feb 2011...LHS Front coil spring 2008...Rear Caliper, Rotars and pads done Fall of 2010. .Radiator 2009... Front EBC green stuff brake pads and rotors summer 2010, Comes with emissions done in Sept 2010, Don't think it needs anything for a safety except maybe front rotors...Bring a mechanic or take it to yours...local only....Comes with summer and winter tires with lots of tread on them....Serious inquiries only...No low Ballers...Price is firm for the condition and what I have seen in comparison..See it to believe it.
